INTEGRATED MARKETING AND BRAND PLATFORM
To develop an integrated marketing and branding platform for Onebox. The goal was to double their existing on-line subscribers of 50 to 100 new monthly subscribers.
HDI began by studying Onebox customers and defining segments of users by markets and profession. Next, we developed a copy platform and a web methodology supporting our key markets. Hans Design created a brand image that Onebox is a partner to small business and critical to their success.
The new tag line stated, "Onebox connects the world to you." This reinforced the small business owner's need of effective communication solutions both in-office and out-of-office while introducing Onebox's New International Service. The web was redesigned and supported with email programs to new and existing customers, collateral materials and online tutorials.
Offline sales were introduced through regional tradeshows and conferences. Onebox, a web company, began introducing itself directly to key decision makers within each target profession.
Onebox added 1,000 new customers per month over the next 14 months. This delivered an additional $4 million of annual revenue based on new subscribers entering at the lowest monthly rate.
